- The procurement action was conducted under FAR 6.302-1with the authority of 41U.S.C. 253(c) 1, as the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirement. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Ocean and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) awarded a sole- source Lease Contract for tower space to Kanza, Inc., whose address is 102 North Mason, Carrollton, MO, 64633. The space is for the location of a National Weather Service (NWS) antenna and related ground equipment to serve the surrounding area of Carrollton, MO.
