- PR0027681530. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-11-R-0018, will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Contract for NSN 5895-01-119-9584, Converter, Frequency, Electronic. This item is being procured IAW a source controlled drawing and approved source is Herley Industries CAGE 32187, P/N MD47X3. Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. The PR quantity is 51 each. A 100% Quantity Option applies. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 218 days. A classified drawing forms a part of this data package and will be supplied upon request after contract award and submission by the contractor of a DD FORM 254. Contract award for this item is limited to those contractors that have a valid and current security classification level of confidential prior to award. Confidential security clearance and confidential safeguarding/storage facility clearance is required. Export Control applies. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP review on October 5, 2010. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal cost or pricing data is not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on October 7, 2010. Solicitation issue date is October 22, 2010. Solicitation closing date is November 22, 2010 and the estimated award date is January 7, 2011.
