- IQC10232009030. This solicitation will contain NSN 5895-01-470-6709, Synchronizer, Electrical. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-11-R-0020, will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) under FAR Part 12 for Commercial Acquisitions. The award will be for 1 base year and 4 option years. Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Per the Industrial Preparedness Branch review dated August 23, 2010, Surge and Sustainment is applicable and the MWR quantity is 27. Per IBMS, the required delivery is 69 days ARO. Approved source is CAGE 0BXW5, P/N LSS100. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 208 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 52 each and applies to the base year only. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP review on October 5, 2010. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Formal cost and pricing data is not required as the item has been determined Commercial-Off-The-Shelf. A Subcontracting Plan is required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on October 7, 2010. Solicitation issue date is October 22, 2010. Solicitation closing date is November 22, 2010. The estimated award date is January 21, 2011.
