- "SELECTION PROCESS" section, 2nd paragraph - original language A/E firms are advised that at least 35% of the level of contract effort must be performed within a 60 mile radius of the city of San Diego, California in which the project is located. The A/E firm will address the contractual relationship with the Lead Designer and project team in Stage II. At that time, the following specialty consultants will be required: energy specialist, integrate design/strategic design facilitator, daylighting specialist. A joint venture and/or a firm/consultant arrangement will be considered and evaluated on a demonstrated interdependency of members to provide a quality effort. The key firm of any proposed joint venture and or firm/consultant arrangement must have an existing active office within the designated geographical limit and must demonstrate the capacity to perform all contract services. Change to "SELECTION PROCESS" section, 2nd paragraph - revised language, changes are made in CAPITAL LETTERS A/E firms are advised that at least 35% of the level of contract effort must be performed within a 60 mile radius of the city of San Diego, California in which the project is located. The AWARDED A/E FIRM OR key firm of any proposed joint venture and or firm/consultant arrangement must PRESENTLY HAVE AN ACTIVE OFFICE OR MUST ESTABLISH AN active office within A 60 MILE RADIUS OF THE CITY OF SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA WITHIN 90 CALENDAR DAYS OF THE NOTICE TO PROCEED and must demonstrate the capacity to perform all contract services. Change to "Important Information for Stage I Submittals" The Due Date is hereby extended by one week and the number of copies of your response has increased from (6) to (7). New Response Due Date: ALL SUBMISSIONS ARE DUE BY 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on Thursday, October 7, 2010. A total of (7) copies shall be submitted. The following information must be on the outside of the sealed envelope 1) Solicitation Number/Title, 2) Due Date, 3) Closing Time, Late responses are subject to FAR 52.214-7. ALL OTHER SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS REMAIN THE SAME
