Payment in Arrears Vendor to reference N00183-10-T-0605 on all inquires, invoices and shipping documents. Vendor to reference Section C for Statement of Work. Government reserves the right to: (1)award based on an "All or Nothing" evaluation. (2)award a "Best Value" requirement. Vendors with superior past performance histories may be given first consideration. •Vendors quote will be based on technical acceptability and price. (3)Brand Name or "equal" is being solicited. The government reserves the right to determine by technical evaluation any alternative offerings ability to meet scope requirements, capability requirements, process requirements and policy constraints. Note: vendor will be required to provide billing electronically via the WAWF Electronic Invoicing method. CISCO UNIFIED MESSAGING STATEMENT OF WORK - All work is to be performed with minimal business disruption. Contractor personnel are expected to conform to Naval Hospital Jacksonville's normal operating hours except for installation and cut-over which must be done during off-hours (if needed). - This project requires that personnel have access to Privacy Information. Personnel shall adhere to the Privacy Act, Title 5 of the U.S. Code, Section 552a and applicable agency rules and regulations. - A project manager must be identified to monitor and control all technical and administrative support. - Upon completion of installation, ensure voice mail is being routed to the correct user through Unity connection; ensure voice calls can be made through the SRST Gateway; Ensure Unity 5.0 major features, voice mail, UM and call handlers are working properly; PIMG testing is verified by the testing of serial connections. REQUIREMENTS AND DESIGN Migrate from the existing Cisco Unity Messaging Version solution to the Cisco Unity Connection Version 5.0 Migrate licenses for the 500 NH Jacksonville Unity subscriber licenses Configure and set up the PIMG unit and move the analog and serial connections from the Unity 4.2 to the Unity 5.0 system Administrator knowledge transfer Day-1 Type Support and Handoff STAGING AND IMPLEMENTATION Replace Unity Server Hardware Install Unity Version 5.0 on the new server hardware (with new IP address and hostname) Backup Unity 4.0.X on old server Upgrade to version 5.0 on old server Backup Unity 4.0.5 on old server Turn off old server Restore 4.0.5 backup data from old server onto the new server Run through Unity test plan Upgrade Unity Server Software to v5 Update schema on Active Directory or verify correct schema version is installed Apply necessary Exchange 2003 patches Upgrade Unity to version 5.0 run through test plan OPERATIONS AND SUPPORT / PROJECT CLOSEOUT 16 hours of Day 1 Type Support Perform Administrative Knowledge Transfer
