- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepare in accordance with the format in (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation WK4E3R0240D9PP Network Peripheral Equipment is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) using Brand Name or Equal procedures. (iii) This RFQ is issued with no applicable set aside. (iv) The Government has a requirement for the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): 0001 Scanner, Desktop 20EA 0002 Scanner, Network 10EA 0003 Projector, Data/Video 1EA 0004 Duplicator, DVD/Blue-Ray 1EA 0005 Desktop Keyboard-Video (monitor)-Mouse (KVM) switch 5EA 0006 Desktop Keyboard-Video (monitor)-Mouse (KVM) switch 5EA (vi) Requested delivery date is 45 days ADC/ARO. Address is: 11000 Belgrade, Serbia, Ministarstvo Unutrasnjih Poslova, Centralni Magacin, Milorada Jovanovica 9, Uprava Kriminalisticke Polici. Shipment method and expected delivery schedule shall be reported in quote. (xv) Quotes shall be transmitted electronically to michelle.tomcik@EUR.army.mil no later than 1700 (5 p.m.) Central European Standard Time (CEST) (11 a.m. EST), 25 September 2010. No other method of delivery shall be acceptable; no late submissions shall be accepted. (xvi) All questions and comments shall be transmitted no later than 1700 (5 p.m.) CEST (11 a.m. EST), 24 September 2010 (24 hours before solicitation closing) and shall be directed to Michelle H. Tomcik, Contract Specialist, IT Branch, Specialized Services & Supplies (SSS) Division, Theater Contracting Center (TCC) at michelle.tomcik@EUR.army.mil. Phone enquiries shall not be accepted.
