- PLEASE NOTE: This notice inadvertently referenced solicitation RFQ472358 the correct solicitation number is RFQ485919. RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project Base period will be fully funded by the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act of 2009 (ARRA). The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, has awarded Task Order GS-P-05-10-FA-0038 for Construction Accounting Services to Ozanne Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $1,275,386.00 for the base contract. Option Periods 1, 2, 3, and 4 were accepted and may be awarded at a later date. This project is for Construction Project Accounting Services for the following twelve (12) ARRA projects/buildings. 1. IL, Chicago Federal Center [Plaza] 2. IL, Chicago Kluczynski FB & USPO Loop Station 3. IL, Chicago State St South-10 & 18 West Jackson 4. IN, Indianapolis Emmett J. Bean 5. IN, Indianapolis Minton-Capehart FB 6. IN, Indianapolis, Birch Bayh USCH 7. MI, Detroit McNamara Federal Building Complex 8. MN, Fort Snelling Whipple FB 9. OH, Cincinnati, John W. Peck FB 10. OH, Cleveland, A. J. Celebrezze FB 11. OH, Columbus, Kinneary Courthouse 12. OH, Dayton Federal Building & USCH Duties include but are not limited to: Maintaining a financial accounting report for multiple projects; Reconcile and provide project financial and accounting records; Review profit markups, bid allowances and payments; Analyze and monitor job cash flows; and Ensure appropriate and fair accounting standards for project costs, accruals, payments.
