- LINE ITEMS OF THE REQUIREMENT. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, SubPart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a Request for Quotation; proposals are being requested. Solicitation number N6847010RQCEE02 is issued as a request for quotation. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing post date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236118. The U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa, Japan intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following item Brand name or equal (FAR 52.211-6): 0001 - RECESSED WALL COMPLETE ASSEMBLIES Qty 1 lot see attachment for all requirements; Items should be shipped 30 Days ARO, FOB: Destination/Origin for delivery to consolidation point Tracy,Cali or direct delivery to USNH. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to WWW.CCR.GOV to register prior to submitting quote. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL BIDS.
