- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease space in a professional office building of modern construction. A contiguous space layout is preferred and if space is on multi-floors, space on contiguous floors is preferred. The offered space must consist of approximately 11,032 rentable square feet and the space must yield 9,593 ANSI/BOMA useable square feet. Preference will be given to space located on the second story, or higher. A minimum of thirty three (33) reserved and secure surface parking spaces are required in a structured (enclosed) parking facility. If the 33 spaces are not available on site, a minimum of 15 secured spaces are required to be in a structured parking facility and 18 must be within walking distance of the building. If proposed space is in a multi-tenant building, a dedicated elevator is required for tenant use or an elevator with controllable access by the tenant. Buildings with at least one dedicated entrance into the ground floor space are preferred. The proposed space will be utilized for law enforcement, and offerings may be eliminated that are located in close proximity to schools, daycare centers, parks, residential concentrations, hotels, areas of high civilian activity or vulnerability, or within 1,000 feet of a Drug Free Zone. The proposed space must be located within the delineated area described below. North: I-220 East: I-20, Route 782 to Route 71 South: Route 511 to 3132 to Route 3231/I-220 West: I-220 All expressions of interest submitted by Brokers/Agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
