Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W81K00-10-T-0403 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. This acquisition is solicited as total small business set-aside for NAICS 334517, size standard 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The requirements of this solicitation is for DMX portable C-arm x-ray system for Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston TX 78234. Required items to be delivered FOB Fort Sam Houston, TX. Evaluation Process: All quotes will be evaluated on overall technical acceptability. The award decision will be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable quote, on an all or none basis.
