- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation W81K00-10-T-0403 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. This acquisition is solicited as total small business set-aside for NAICS 334517, size standard 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The requirements of this solicitation is for DMX portable C-arm x-ray system for Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston TX 78234. Required items to be delivered FOB Fort Sam Houston, TX. Explain how your company will meet the salient characteristics of the items as specified in the solicitation. 2. Price. 3.
