- Request for Quote - Gait Analysis System This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); solicitation/reference number is F1N4C10210A002. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423450 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. Columbus Air Force Base has a need for Item 0001: N-40 Gait Analysis System, Mfr/Part # N40GX2 or Equal, Quantity: one(1) each; Item 0002: 2nd Camera Upgrade Package, Mfr/Part # A951GXGL or Equal, Quantity: one (1) each; Item 0003: Lighting Package - 3 Light, Mfr/Part # A717-3 or Equal, Quantity: one (1) each; Item 0004: Treadmill - Landice L8870 or Equal, Quantity: one (1) each; Item 0005: Wall Calibration Chart, Mfr/Part # A720 or Equal, Quantity: one (1) each. FOB: Destination, delivered to Columbus AFB, MS 39710. EVALUATION CRITERIA: Award will be based on the best value to the Government in terms of both price and technical acceptability. An offer is considered technically acceptable if they meet the specifications. If offering an equal, contractor must provide descriptive literature/specification of the product.
