- SOW ALUMNI SERVICES ALL CAMPUSES This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation. The Solicitation Number is Request for Quotation CNSHQ10T0058. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43, effective August 2, 2010. This acquisition will be solicited as unrestricted. The North American Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 541990. The requirement description follows: Contractor shall provide social media tools for communicating and networking, provide training and technical assistance, provided data and information management support to Alumni (Base plus 4 option years if exercised by the Government). Contractor shall assist in preparing current members and alumni for a lifetime of service by providing training, workshops, Life After AmeriCorps preparation, and other opportunities that build the capacity of members. Contractor shall supply NCCC with the methods to effectively communicate with alumni. Line 001 Task: Contractor shall supply NCCC with methods to effectively communicate with and inform alumni Deliverable: Creative and development of NCCC specific interactive online community that does not duplicate the functions of the Web portal for communication and social networking that automatically connects NCCC alumni Line 002 Task: Contractor shall provide data and information management support Deliverable: Creation of a centralized NCCC alumni information system using Microsoft Excel Line 003 Task: Contractor shall assist in preparing current members and alumni for a lifetime of service by providing training, workshops, Life After AmeriCorps preparation and other opportunities that build the capacity of members and alumni Deliverable: Providing resources to NCCC to actively engage alumni in meaningful service experiences, as well as recruitment, project and other program activities. Line 004 Task: Contractor shall supply NCCC with methods to effectively communicate with and inform alumni. Deliverables: Updates to online community Line 005 Task: Contractor shall provide data and information management support Deliverable: The centralized NCCC alumni information system will contain at a minimum the basic headings provided by NCCC (i.e. first name, last name, campus served at, class year, address, phone number, etc.) Line 006 Task: Contractor shall provide data and information and management support Deliverable: Existing lists of NCCC alumni information in Excel spreadsheet format will be provided to the Contractor by NCCC for input of information into the centralized system. All services will be provided at the Contractor's place of business (SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK) The following provisions/clauses apply to this solicitation: The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The vendor shall include a complete copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with your quote. Clause 52.212-4 Alternate I, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Order-Commercial Items are incorporated by reference. Addendum to 52.212-1 Instructions - quotations are due no later than 2:00 p.m. on September 24, 2010.
