ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR PREVIOUS QUESTIONS: Q9. Will gov't provide security for contractor personnel? A9A. All of these sites are on US/Coalition Compounds with both base security and contract security for areas controlled by this work. Q12. Will facilities be provided for contract PMO staff at the work location? A12A. Workstations and Billeting will be provided at the work location Q13. Will there be time after award but prior to program start for a site survey? A13A. Yes Q15. Is there existing equipment on-site or will the contractor be required to determine spares, standard consumables, or other necessary pieces of equipment? Will there be spare parts already in country for the systems we will have to maintain, or will we be given a list of equipment and have to procure spares as part of our pricing? A15A. There will be existing equipment and spares on site. A list of additional equipment and spares will be provided. Q17. Can we use uncleared personnel for other menial tasks that do not require a security clearance? A17. Specifics for this RFI requirement are TBD; NGA has had a contract where the contractor used escorted uncleared subcontractor personnel for BOSC custodial services in CONUS. Q18. Will the gov't provide what positions will not require security clearances? A18A. Yes Q20. Will the contractor personnel working on this contract be housed in the same areas as the NGA personnel. A20A. Yes Q21. Will the contractor personnel be provided all life support activities on base? Or will the contractors need to find off-base or contract housing on Bagram? A21A. Contractor personnel have access to all BAF life support activities. No need to secure off base housing.
