Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Midstates Procurement Branch intends to issue on a sole source basis with Workplace Resource LLC and Nevins Product & Services for components required for the manufacture of a specially engineered sorter table. This will be a part of a larger order with Herman Miller, Inc., the GSA Contract holder. Workplace Resource LLC is the certified Herman Miller, Inc. dealer selected for this project. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. Based on the requirements of this Solicitation, the Government intends to solicit and award with one source. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement, on a full and open competitive basis, is solely within the discretion of the Government. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government anticipates an award date on or about September 24, 2010.
