- Question and Answer Form Base Access Information FOLLOW-UP TO INITIAL KC-X INDUSTRY DAYS NOTICE: The intent of this follow-up notice is to provide contractors who are attending KC-X Industry Days with details on what information to provide in order to receive base access (Attachment 1). Also included (Attachment 2) is a question and answer form. All questions from contractors shall be submitted using this form. Submit questions no later than Tuesday, 5 October 2010 (4:00PM EST) to Capt Ian Newcomb AND Mr. Clay McAnally (contact information in initial notice). This is to allow the KC-X Team to research and answer each question. Answers will be written out and provided to contractors at Industry Days. Any questions after 5 Oct and those asked at Industry Days will also be presented in written form and posted on this website.
