Description

Facts Justifying Sole Source The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to the Schneller LLC, 6019 Powdermill Rd, Kent OH 44240-7109, to furnish all supplies, shipping and handling, and materials for the following: CLIN 0001: C130H Flight Deck Floor Covering, P/N S00918-04-00, AERMAT 27R-8V/918/972/11R/54, Qty: 75 Yds There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(b)(1). This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified C103H Flight Deck Floor covering, those parties interested must respond to this notice before 12:00 PM (Central Time) on 21 September 2010. If no responsible, responsive offers are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be issued to Schneller LLC.
