- Solicitation document with clauses and provisions This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the following items: CLIN 0001 FOD*BOSS Sweeper Package (p/n# BOSS-8) Mfg: The FOD Control Corp. Qty: 2 pkgs. CLIN 0002 Debris retention mesh (p/n# DRM-11) Mfg: The FOD Control Corp. Qty: 2 ea. CLIN 0003 Shipping to Tracy, CA Qty: 1 lump sum IMPORTANT!! This is NOT a brand name purchase. Equipment from other manufacturers than those listed ARE acceptable provided they are equal or nearly equal in function and performance. Award will be made on an all or none basis. This is a funded requirement. Award shall be based on the following (in this order): - Contractor is the lowest priced; and, - Contractor-proposed items are equal or nearly equal to those requested by the government in terms of functions to be performed and/or actual performance.
