- FedBizOpps 10-R-0074 THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a special Notice of Intent to award a sole-source firm fixed price commodities purchase order in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) under the expressed authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c). US Army Contracting Agency, Mission & Installation Contracting The Joint Base Myer/Henderson Hall, Ft Myer, VA, DPW has a requirement too improvements to the male/female latrine in bldg 45, Fort Myer, Va. The Government intends to make a sole source 8(a) award to CATI ENVIRONMENTAL & CONSTRUCTION, INC.7312 CANTWELL RD MD,21244-1700. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The FSC Code is Z199 and the NAICS Code is 236220. The solicitation will not be posted.
