- 'RECOVERY' This notice is for informational purposes only under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Service, intends to issue Task Order HSHQE1-10-J-00005 under Contract HSCEE1-08-D-00002 to C&D Security Management, Inc., 306 N. Delaware Ave., Colorado Springs, CO. The task order will be for armed guard services in accordance with the contract's armed guard services (MA) line item. The task order is being funded in total with $556,640.64 under the Recovery Act. These guards will be procured to stand post at the IRS Center, 310 Lowell St., Andover, MA.
