- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS), is requesting quotes for a Two Tower True Two color offset press A.B.Dick 9995A or a comparable that meet the minimum characteristics as shown below : •· Must provide local service in the Raleigh North Carolina area •· Must come with a 90 day warranty on all parts and labor •· Must have less than 7 million impressions on it •· Must be less than 4 years old •· Must be in excellent condition •· Must come with all new rubber rollers •· Price must include shipping, inside delivery, set up, and training •· Continuous Dampening System •· Chiller/Recirculator •· Printing Speed 3,000 to 10,000 IPH •· Universal Feeding System •· Pre pile Feeder •· Chain Delivery System With Auto receding stacker •· Semi Auto Plate Inserter •· Infrared Dryer •· Anti Off-Set Powder Spray Unit •· Quick Release Blanket Bars •· Segmented Lever Actuated Ink Fountain •· On The Fly Image Adjustment •· Maximum Image Area 12.99"W x 17.24"L •· Maximum Paper Size 13.39"W x 17.72"L •· Minimum Paper Size 3.54"W x 3.94"L •· Paper Thickness.0016" to.012" The Government will consider new or refurbished equipment as long as it meets the minimum requirements.
