Description

W91YTV-10-T-0190 (AMENDMENT) 1.Allocation of the number of glasses which are single vision versus those which are bifocal Based on historical data: Fabricated 182,012 pairs of spectacles for FY09; 28,971 pairs were surface jobs, each lens is considered a job in the surface process, therefore, the lab surfaced 57,942 lenses. 2. Equipment listing GENERATORS: 4 lens grinding Generators (one-XRT Gerber Corburn, one-DTL 100 Gerber Corburn, and two-G2 Optronics Generators). SURFACE BLOCKER ECLIPSE: Two surface Eclipse Blockers by Gerber Coburn. SURFACER LENS: 10 lens surfacers (six-CMX50 Gerber Corburn and four Optek 425 Surfacers. EDGERS: Nineteen (19) Edgers, (ten-7E, eight-6ES One (1) Horizon II all are Optronics Edgers). LENS MEASURING INSTRUMENT: 12 Lens Measuring Instruments (six-Tomeys and six- Humphreys). LENS BLOCKER/MARKER: 5 AIT Blocker/Markers HAND EDGERS: 2 AIT Hand Edgers. TURBO TINTING UNIT: 2 Turbo Tinting Units. 3. Percentage of jobs which are finished versus which of those are to be surfaced and finished 83% finished jobs and 17% surface jobs 4. FAR CLAUSE 52.212-2 Omit the enclosed sentence (offerors will be considered only from contractors who are licensed to perform services, documentation is required, and capability of performing services in accordance with PWS paragraph 1.2.1)
