- The project includes the construction of an approximately 30,000 square foot Army Reserve Center training building that is a one story steel structure with masonry/stone veneer, an approximately 3,000 square foot masonry frame organizational maintenance shop, and an approximately 1,000 square foot pre-engineered metal unheated storage facility. The project also includes an option for approximately 1,200 square yards of military equipment parking and 5,000 square yards for privately owned vehicles.
