- NSN 1680-00-626-7817, PR number 25715220, PANEL, CALF GUARD, SEAT, EJECTION used on the B-52 BOMBER. The solicitation ISSUE DATE is September 27, 2010 with a CLOSING DATE of October 27, 2010. Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Definite Quantity contract for 11 each to be shipped to Tracy, CA, and 1 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Approved source is MAG AEROSPACE INDUSTRIES, INC., CAGE 29780, P/N 802128-400. Terms and Conditions are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin with delivery being 183 days After Receipt of Order. This item is a Life Support, and Critical Application. Higher level inspection requirements apply. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters
