- Flyer for completion UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT General Services Administration Seeks Leased Space in Tallahassee, FL REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 1,898 Rentable Square Feet, yielding 1,650 ANSI BOMA Square Feet of office and related use space. This includes 400 sq.ft. of office space and 1,250 sq.ft. of warehouse space which will be used for boat storage and other equipment. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. Subleases are not acceptable. DELINEATED AREA: The space will be located in Tallahassee, FL within the following boundaries: North I-10 South Tramm Road East Hwy 59 West Hwy 319 (At the intersection of I-10 (northern boundary) and Hwy 319 (Capital Circle NE) travel south along Capital Circle NE to the southern boundary, Tramm Road; proceed east along Tramm Road to the eastern boundary Hwy 59; travel north on Hwy 59 to Mahan Road; travel west on Mahan Road to I-10 and back to the starting junction of I-10 and Hwy 319.) REQUIRED: Two (2) reserved surface parking spaces are required for Fish and Wildlife Service (FWL). All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet, or be altered to meet, Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The potential offeror must bring forth space that is able to meet both office and warehouse needs within the same complex.. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. Include whether the site is located in a flood zone and if so, please indicate the type of zone LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after the 5 th year on 60 days notice. Proposed occupancy date is June 15, 2011 or earlier if feasible. OWNERS/AGENTS: We plan to schedule your appointment for September 29.
