- NSN 1680-01-581-2157, PR number 26195902, HARNESS, AIRCRAFT SAFETY used on the MH-60R. The solicitation ISSUE DATE is September 28, 2010 with a CLOSING DATE of October 28, 2010. Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Definite Quantity contract for 125 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Approved source is BAE SYSTEMS AEROSPACE & DEFENSE, CAGE 54786, P/N 102335-1. Terms and Conditions are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin with delivery being 177 days After Receipt of Order. This item is a Life Support, and Critical Application. Higher level inspection requirements apply. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters
