- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is issued for Request for Quotations (RFQ) # F1R31B0242A001. This solicitation document & incorporated provisions & clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-43. The NIACS Code is 314999, this is a small business set aside. The applicable size standard is 500 Employees. This purchase will be for Bedding in a bag. Dyess AFB has the following requirements: 0001 - Bedding in a bag - Comforter to be cream color, the "bed in a bag" - includes 1 pillow, 2 pillow cases, 2 bottom sheets, 2 top sheets, 1 mattress cover, 1 comforter, 1 blanket, 1 towel, 1 washcloth and toiletry kit (toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner). Bottom mattress Dimensions and depth: 38"x 80"x 14" deep Qty: 300 Each Delivery Date: 30 Days ADC 52.232-18, Availability of Funds, applies to this acquisition.
