- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Center for Army Lessons Learned (CALL) PD requires contractor support of tracking, mailing, taking inventory, and manually moving CALL publications to postal; and from the Document Automation and Production Service (DAPS) facility and the CALL warehouse facility on Fort Leavenworth to the CALL publication room. CALL PD also requires contractor support of PD and CALL publication dissemination processes. CALL PD must maintain its ability to support the increased demand for CALL published material based on continuing U.S. military operations. See attached combined synoposis/solicitaiton.
