RFQ due date extended: Please provide a signed document (solicitation) back by 11:00PM Eastern on 21 Sep 2010 sent electronically to steven.scharlow@disa.mil. Make sure all requested information and documents are submitted as requested in original RFQ, see below. 3. Contractors must now be registered in CCR (located at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspxprior) prior to submitting proposals, due to the short turnaround time to make award. Original Solicitation: Attached is the solicitation for installation of a concrete pad and ramp required for access to JITC Testbed area, 3341 Strauss Ave, Bldg 900, Indian Head, MD 20640-5035. Contractor will furnish labor, supervision, materials, tools, and equipment to perform scope of work identified in attached Solicitation under the PWS dated 13 Aug 2010. Services include: Prepare and grade site, provide utility site scan services, form/pour/finish one 25' x 45' concrete pad and one 12' x 40' concrete ramp, and provided new steam bridge and insulated steam piping above concrete ramp. POP: Installation shall be completed no later than 30 days after contract award. The intended award will be for Fixed Firm Price (FFP) and method of payment is WAWF. Site Visit (Optional): Scheduled for 13 Sep 2010, at 1000 AM. You need to fill in blocks 30 (a), (b), and (c) on page 1 of the Standard Form (SF) 1449. Please return pages 1 through 3. On page 3, fill in the CLIN amount. If your company is registered at the ORCA website (https://orca.bpn.gov/), you will not need to complete and return FAR Clause 52.212-3 located in the award. Please either register with the ORCA website or complete 52.212-3 and return it to me. Complete and return attached Vendor Contact Info Sheet, a copy of your Commercial Price List (if available), and list of labor rates (fully burdened). Government discounts are requested, please provide dollar amount and percentage of discount (if applicable).
