- Description
- The Department of the Army requires a firm fixed price requirements type service contract, for Portable Chemical Latrines for Hunter Army Airfield, Savannah, GA. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with the format in FAR 13.5. This acquisition is being offered on a Total Small Business set aside competitive basis under NAICS Code 562991. The small business size standard is $7.0M. The period of performance is a base period of one (1) year from 1 OCT 2010 through 30 SEP 2011 with four (4) additional one-year option periods. The Government will use a lowest price, technically acceptable evaluation process. The order limitation that will be used for evaluation purposes and award shall range between a quantity of one (1) and one thousand (1,000). The solicitation will be posted on or about 14 Sep 2010. Description of work: The work covered by this solicitation will include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation to perform all work required to provide rental and servicing of portable chemical latrines at Hunter Army Airfield, Savannah, Georgia. Quoters are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents once issued, as criteria as stated in the solicitation shall govern. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on the Internet at: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/.
