- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION VERO BEACH, FLORIDA REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government currently utilizes a 30,000-usf office lease in Vero Beach, FL. The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to negotiate an extension for that location based on mission of the agency and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors is supportive. Other factors include but are not limited to the following: the cost of relocation, tenant improvements, relocation or replacement of communications, and quality of space. LOCATION: Vero Beach, FL REQUIRED: All services, supplies, and utilities are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space must meet the Government fire/safety requirements and handicapped accessibility standards. LEASE TERM: The lease term will be 18 months.
