- This Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) announcement constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action for a non-competitive acquisition to be awarded by Lackland AFB, TX to ADB Airfield Solutions LLC for Runway strobe lights. The award will be issued against Standard Industrial Classification Code - 3646, NAICS code - 335122, and the related Small Business Standard - 500. The delivery dates will be 8 weeks after receipt of award. This notice is for announcement only and serves to provide interested parties an opportunity to respond to the agency's requirements. It does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP); nor does its issuance restrict the Government in its ultimate acquisition.
