- The applicable Department of Labor Wage Determination specifies the minimum wages and benefits for employees working in the designated position, in accordance with the Service Contract Act. Rough map of the facility for installation. The Statement of Need outlines the project / items / services required so that interested parties may determine if they are able to fully meet the needs of this solicitation. Companies interested in providing an Offer must complete the attached Request for Quote and return it to the Contract Specialist by the date specified in order to be considered for award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1H3F40161A001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. There is no set-aside for this procurement. The North American Industry Classification code for this procurement is 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). The Standard Industry Code for this procurement is 7382. The small business size standard for this procurement, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $12.5 Million annual revenue. The following commercial service is requested in this solicitation: 0001 - Remove Radionics alarm panel and replace with Vindicator V5 system. Install and program duress alarms and other peripheral devices in accordance with manufacturer specifications and the attached Statement of Need. Services to be performed at BEALE AFB, CA 95903. Position duties are outlined in the attached Statement of Work. The Government will evaluate the Offeror's past experience for quality, experienced employees, response time and service as reported by references furnished by the Offeror. The Offeror shall furnish with their response the names of three references, indicating contracts of similar magnitude and nature, with points of contact.
