- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to contractors under Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) (GSA SmartBuy Agreements). The General Services Administration (GSA) is soliciting proposals against the Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) under GSA SmartBUY Agreements. The scope of work is to replace the existing stand-alone, flat file, template-based map with a scalable database-based custom map that utilizes the ArcGIS Enterprise Server Advanced environment, and provides a light weight user interface to update data. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Additionally, any response to this notice must show clear, compelling and convincing evidence that further competition will be advantageous to the government. All information received by the POC listed below by 11:00 am est, Friday, September 24, 2010, will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to further compete the proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
