- Davis-Bacon Act Wage Determination WY1 Drawing Building 1250 Statement of Work Replace Carpet Building 1250 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1Y1AB0225A001 is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. This acquisition is subject to full and open competition for NAICS code 238330, size standard $14.0 million, in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Solicitation consists of contract line item number 0001, quantity "1", unit of measure "Lump Sum". All quotations will be inclusive of all costs. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The contractor shall be responsible to remove and dispose of existing material and provide and install new carpet, carpet pad, and cove base, furnishing all material, tools, and labor needed, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Performance will be completed within 15 working days of notification to proceed. To be quoted FOB Destination, delivery and acceptance at F.E. Warren AFB, WY 82005-2860. Interested contractors must pre-register for the Site Visit scheduled for Wednesday, 15 September 2010 at 2:00 pm MDT, by calling or emailing Robert Motily at the number/email address noted below, no later than 4:30 pm MDT on Tuesday, 14 September 2010. To be eligible for contract award and payment, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) websites. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to this solicitation notice. Responses to this notice must be submitted in writing within the time allowed. The Government reserves the right to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussions with offerors. The anticipated award date is 29 September 2010. Any questions concerning this notice must be submitted in writing, via email or facsimile, to the Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer listed below under Point of Contact. Quotations are due no later than 22 September 2010 by 2:00 pm, MDT. Offerors are encouraged to submit quotations electronically to the Point of Contact listed below.
