- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A NOTICE FOR SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. THE ACTION DESCRIBED HEREIN IS FOR A NEW PROCUREMENT THAT WILL BE PROCURED VIA THE GSA FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE, COMPREHENSIVE PROFESSIONAL ENERGY SERVICES (CPES), BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CPES BPA HOLDERS. THIS IS AUTHORIZED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA). GSA has applied funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 to complete water, gas, and cooling tower sub-metering installations for various building through-out GSA Region 4's inventory. The total estimated amount of ARRA funding that will be applied to this contract is $1,144,256.00. This project is being procured in order to comply with electric, gas, and water metering requirements set forth by EPAct 2005, EISA 2007, and the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act. The project will consist of coordination, installation, and engineering of equipment necessary for collection, storage, and transmission of advance metering data to the central office ION EEM enterprise server. This is not a request for quotations. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 238210.
