- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Approx. 4,480 to 5,760 square feet of articulate concrete mats for Long Branch Lake, near Macon, MO. Minimum specifications are to provide matrix of interlocking blocks of uniform size, shape, and weight connected by a series of cables which pass longitudinally through preformed ducts in each block, plus other specifications contained in the solicitation.
