- All questions regarding this SYNOPSIS should be submitted in writing to the following E-Mail address: punnie.chittchange@usace.army.mil. This Acquisition shall be competed as a small business set-aside requirement. This synopsis is for the purpose of a pre-solicitation notification only. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District intends to issue solicitation number W912BV-10-T-0120 to supply various promotional items provided with specified printed logos and slogans on delivered to various locations in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas to include frisbees, seabags,fish bobbers, footballs, bracelets with flat whistles, carabiner with compass, white plastic key floats and delivery costs. The contract type will be a firm fixed price contract for supplies to be delivered 120 days after the award date. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this program is 33932, a Classification Code of 7820, and a business size standard of 500 employees. The Government will award a contract resulting from the subsequent solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the requirements of the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government considering price. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only on FebBizOpps Website at www.fbo.gov. Notification of amendments shall be made via FebBizOpps only. It is the contractors responsibility to check the below-listed Internet address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. No corrections and/or changes to proposals will be allowed after the proposal submittal due time and date. Estimated solicitation issue date is on or about the estimated date of September 7, 2010. Quotations are anticipated to be due on or about September 20, 2010. Contractors must be registered and current with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), in order to receive a Government contract award.
