Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award, as prescribed under FAR 13.1, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is V618-A00275 and is issued as a Request for Quotation, (RFQ). (iii) The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44 July 8, 2010, except for items III, IV and VI which are effective April 19, 2010.
