RESPONSE DATE HAS CHANGED TO 2 PM (EST) 8TH OF SEPTEMBER, 2010 Question and Answers W91YTZ-10-R-0060 1. Please clarify, will it be a reporting requirement for an email-list, fax-list, or both. Answer: You can either fax or email the list by 0700 AM, both is not required. 2. CLIN 0001, and 0004 both quote a base volume amount of 600 minutes per month, are these areas independent of each other? Answer: Yes they are independent of each other 3.Please clarify who Tricare Next Generation is? Answer: Tricare Next Generation is the military health insurance program. 4.Paragraph 1.4 refers to items 3a through 3d above, but items 3a through 3d are not present, please clarify. Answer: items should be 1.3a through 1.3d 5.Do telephone call that relate to Tri-Care require faxing or emailing list of patients requiring call backs? Answer: Yes 6.Is this contract covered by the Service Contract Act, If so what is the labor category to be used, and what reporting mechanism is required by vendor? Answer: Yes, labor category is determined by the vendor, reporting mechanism will be followed in accordance with Department of Labor rules. 7.What is the frequency of the Manpower reporting? Answer: Yearly, in accordance with the Manpower reporting statement in the PWS. 8.Is this a new contract? If not, what was the previous contract value? Answer: No, Information will not be given out from contracting office, must go through FOI (Freedom of Information) for award amount. 9.Will email or fax submission of our offer be acceptable? Answer: Yes 10.Is everything contained in the FBO synopsis, or are there separate documents? Answer: Yes, everything is contained in the synopsis, no other documents are attached.
