- The following are questions and answers in response to solicitation W91B4P-10-R-0077: 1. Please confirm that all personnel on contract will be working and living on the FOB. Yes 2. Please describe the type of vehicles required? Bus or Van 3. Please confirm all personnel are unarmed. Yes, unarmed 4. Please confirm the prime contractor does not need a PSC license? This is not a PSC/ASG contract 5. Is there a page limit for Volume I? No 6. Is the contractor responsible for providing all housing and feeding of their employees? This is provided by the USG, to include, laundry, gym, DFAC 7. When is the proposal due, 10 September 2010, 0830 EST 8. Request the Government confirm offeror identification is only to appear on the cover page of the proposal. No requirement for number of pages 9. Request the Government confirm the actual period of performance. 1 October 2010 10. Will the USG consider revising the mobilization timeframe for proper vetting and mobilization of TCNs into country? Yes, negotiable 11. Request the USG advise which nationalities are acceptable for TCNs under this contract? Any country which is considered an ally (i.e. African, Phillippino, Pakistani). 12. What is the current nationality of the escorts? Pakistani/Phillippino 13. Is U.S. Expat oversight preferred on this contract? Yes 14. Which position requires a SECRET clearance on this contract? None 15. Request the USG clarify how many escort vehicles are required? 2 each Vans or Buses 16. Will the USG consider FARSI has an acceptable working knowledge of language instead of Pashto due to the dialect in the local area and close proximity to Pakistan? No, will be willing to take a TCN who speaks good English and willling to learn Pashto 17. Will all personnel be given LOAs allowing them to travel Mil-Air to FOB Salerno once they arrive in country? Yes 18. Will the site manager be given office space/internet? Yes, however, internet access will be provided at contractor expense 19. How many ECPS? One 20. What form of dependable two-way communications is required? Cell Phones (Rashan)
