- RFQ S5105A-10-Q-0042 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the removal of existing equipment from old DCMA Ontario, CA site and the reinstallation of this equipment to new Ontario, CA site. The Statement of Work covers the design, product, and installation of a new access control system for the new GSA leased office space acquired for DCMA Santa Ana in Ontario, California. The solicitation is for a one year base contract with 4 1-yr option periods. The option periods are for the Extended Warranty and Maintenance, to include all parts and labor, for all of the listed equipment. This includes two (2) annual on-site equipment inspection visits to clean, maintain, repair and/or replace parts deemed necessary as a result of normal wear and tear of the existing security equipment. Service calls to be made only during standard business hours which are Monday through Friday from 08:00a.m. to 5:00p.m., excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Simplified acquisition procedures are being utilized for this procurement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). Reference 152.215-72 INQUIRIES Offeror must submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to the Contracting Officer. Questions should be received no later than three calendar days after the issuance date of this solicitation. Any responses to questions will be made in writing, without identification of the questioner, and will be included in an amendment to the solicitation. Even if provided in other form, only the question responses included in the amendment to the solicitation will govern performance of the contract.
