- SOW for work being solicited. Last revision (31 August 2010). The Air Armament Center's Operational Contracting Division, AAC/PKO at Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Lenel Systems International Inc. Security Cameras (Purchase and Installation), brand name only. This acquisition is under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested, and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) F1T3BW0195A001. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561621, with small business standard size $12.5M. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. This requirement is for: BRAND NAME: Lenel Systems International Inc. Purchase, Design, and Installation of Security Cameras at Det 1 Dahlgren,VA in accordance with (IAW) Statement of Work (SOW) dated 31 August 2010 (attached). For questions, contact Oscar J.
