Unit interior should be a minimum of 16 ft wide by 16 ft high by 44 ft long. Panels should consist of air tight 18 gauge (or thicker) galvanized prime steel with white powder coating. Units will be evaluated for ease of assembly and panels need to be pre-punched. Units will be evaluated for design and replacement cost of arrestor filters. Units should include draft gauge for exhaust filter monitoring and must meet applicable NFPS and OSHA guidelines. Units will require a 9 ft chimney kit with associated ducting, roof flashing, rain collar, connection ring etc. and an automatic roof ventilator. Units will be equipped with a ETL listed fire suppression system. This project is 100% set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 339999 and the small business standard is 500 employees. This is an end of year project and is subject to the availability of funds. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as result of the Request for Quotes (RFQ). All prospective offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.ccr.gov.
