Description

The principal components of the work to be performed include: (1) Level and grade the site for the placement of office trailers; (2) Furnish and place aggregate base materials; (3) Furnish and erect a 6-foot high chain link fence and two 16-foot wide chain link gates; (4) Furnish and Install a 3,000-gallon water tank along with pumping system; (5) Furnish and install a 500-gallon holding (septic) tank; and (6) Furnish and place 3,000 psi concrete for a 4-inch thick, 15 x 15-foot welded wire reinforced concrete slab. This work is located approximately 5 miles southeast of Glendo, Wyoming in Platte County. The solicitation packages are scheduled to be available for viewing through electronic commerce via https://www.fbo.gov on or around September 15, 2010. Interested vendors may also check Reclamation's website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Quotes will be due on or around September 24, 2010 at the Reclamation's Great Plains Regional Office, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, Montana. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by Reclamation. The estimated price range of this acquisition is between $25,000 and $100,000. The acquisition is anticipated to be issued unrestricted under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238910. The applicable Small Business Size Standard is $14.0 Million. The Government anticipates award of this procurement no later than September 30, 2010. The Contractor shall be required to complete the entire work within 30 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
