- SDW Test Server Maintenance SDW Test Server Maintenance; Sole Source Hewlett-Packard (HP); FOB Destination; The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) requires annual maintenance support for its HP Server and associated software. DCMA is issuing this non-competitive RFQ to solicit the sole source vendor, Hewlett-Packard (HP), for the purpose of entering a one year contract for Information Technology (IT).
