This Amendment #2 dated 31 Aug 2010 supercedes all previous amendments and provides answers to questions recieved. Additional questions will not be accepted after 1 Sep 2010, 12:00 NOON EST. All questions recieved by this deadline will be answered by 1 Sep 2010, 4:30PM EST. The SOW and the Exhibit A have been revised 31 Aug 2010 and replace the previous SOW and Exhibit A. These documents are attached to this Amendment #2. The response date and time for this combined synopsis/solicitation has been changed from 31 Aug 2010 and has been extended to 3 Sep 2010, 4:30PM EST. Requests should be marked with solicitation number F1M3E30141AQ01. What is the current contract #? Answer : FA4418-06-P-0018 and N68836-09-P-3431 Do you have an on-site waste dump station? Answer: NO Do you have an on-site fresh water hose bibb available? Answer: NO Will you provide a small lay-down, storage area? Answer: NO Are there any on-going or expected construction projects for the ChAFB or Nav Station? Answer: No. Construction contractors are required to provide their own toilets for construction projects. Are the Portable Toilet Units required to be made of the heavy duty type fiberglass (only one manufacture, mostly dated units available and harder to move & clean), or can they be made of the readily available, easier to move & clean plastic or poly that are then secured for high winds via weights and/or rebar? Answer: All portable toilets are to be grafatti-free and Heavy-Duty Construction to prevent being blown over. Are the toilets on Short Stay service only? Answer : No. This contract requires the rental of toilets and service. The paperwork states the units have to be fiberglass and there is not a manufacturer for that type of unit that we know of and is that going to effect the award? Answer: The SOW has been revised to reflect that the units will be of Heavy-Duty Construction to pervent from being blown over in heavy winds. The special event quote states one service during the events - Is that when we service to pick up the units or on the weekend during the event? Answer : The SOW has been clarified to reflect that for Special Events, all units will be delivered clean and fully supplied with supplies and then provided one cleaning during the event regardless of when the event is.
