- This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act(ARRA) of 2009. In compliance with this Act, the Government posts this notice thatNASA/JSC issued Modification 9 to Call NNJ09JE24T under Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)NNJ09JB70Z to decrease task order value and de-obligate funding in the amount of$15,145.35. This modification does not serve to decrease the scope of this task order,but to remove task order value and funds that are in excess of the amount necessary tocomplete the required work. NNJ09JB70Z is a fixed price BPA that was awarded to 4WSolutions Inc. under the Small Business Administration 8(a) program, using thePartnership Agreement between NASA and the Small Business Administration in accordancewith FAR 19.8 and the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5).
