Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Connecticut Army National Guard has the following requirements. This acquisition is being solicited as unrestricted. The NAICS code is 315299 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The following are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to offerors Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5 (Dev) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, DFARS 52.212-7001,Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acqusitions of Commercial Items (Deviation), DFARS 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports. The products must be approved by the Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier and be certified by the U.S. Army as Layer 6 (Intermediate Outer Layer) in the Fire Resistant Environmental Ensemble (FREE). The Army ACU universal camoflage pattern is required. The items must be manufactured in the U.S.A.
