- This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation cancels the previous Combined Synopsis/Solicitation of the same number, which ended on 24 August 2010. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912L2-10-T-0022 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. The associated NAICS codes is 339114, UNRESTRICTED. COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION: The USPFO for Arizona has a requirement for Mobile dental systems. Mobile SOW for portable dental system MEDCOM dental section is in need of a portable system so our dentists can use remotely to do dental procedures such as fillings and extractions. We are required by the NGB to fix all National Guard Soldiers teeth to at least a Dental class 2. To help AZ MEDCOM accomplish this daunting task we are requesting Mobil dental systems to help AZ comply with the NGB directive. The system must have: 3 way autoclaveable syringe Autoclaveable 30,000 RPM motor Accept all E-Type hand pieces Self contained water supply Self contained air compressor On/off switch High impact case Four ratio settings: 5/1, 1/1, 1/4, 1/16 Piezo ultrasonic scaler Accepts 110v or 220v power sources Optional power inverter with NATO connectors allows Transport MSDS to be operated from 24 volt military vehicles power generator. Must include 5 hand pieces (2 high speed, 2 slow speed, 1 slow str) Must include patient chair Operator stool (2) Portable light Must be MIL spec case with inverter: Must be neither smaller than nor larger than: 25.5 x 24 x 12 Must have a volume of no less than 4.25 cu.ft Weigh no more than 83.6 lbs Power inverter of 24V DC to 120V AC Must have a power rating of no less than 800W Operating pressure of 50 PSI Syringe flow pressure of 45 PSI, 0.5 SCFM High Volume Vacuum of 3 SCFM @ -4.26 Hg Low volume Vacuum of 1.5 SCFM @-1.6 Hg Air Reserve capacity of 25.8 cu.
