- Amendment No. 1 The Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest intends to award a contract for the design, fabrication, and delivery of a steel and timber pedestrian bridge approximately 90' long and 3' wide. Design parameters will be furnished by the Government. Work includes preparation of shop drawings for approval by the Government. All bridge material shall be delivered to the W. Fork Foss R. Traialhead within the week of Aug. 6-13, 2011. SEE ATTACHMENT 02 PROJECT INFORMATION AND ATTACHMENT 03 PROJECT PLANS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is AG-05M6-S-10-0089 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 The North American Classification System code is 332312 with a corresponding size standard of 500 employees. Offerors are to provide pricing for Items as outlined in ATTACHMENT 01 SCHEDULE OF ITEMS and include a completed copy of the ATTACHMENT 04 PROVISION 52.212-3 OFFERORS REPRESENTATION AND CERTIFICATIONS- COMMERCIAL ITEMS with its offer. All quotations received by September 8, 2010 by 2:00pm PDT will be considered by the Government. Responses may be faxed to (425) 783-0129 or emailed to jhada@fs.fed.us or mailed to Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, Attn: Contracting Officer, 2930 Wetmore Avenue Ste 3A, Everett, WA 98045.
